Structure
:
R.C.C framed structure with post tensioned Flat slab construction.
Doors & Windows
:
Glass Doors in Aluminum Frame at Entrance Areas and Teakwood frame with solid core flush doors at other areas. Aluminum framed glazed windows and aluminum adjustable louvered ventilators.
Flooring
:
Polished granite/marble flooring in main staircase and landing lobbies. Marble or Vitrified Tiles Flooring
in Toilets. Gramoflooring in office areas.
Toilets
:
Ladies and Gents toilets in each floor. Ground Floor Common toilets for Drivers and others. Concealed
plumbing and ceramic glazed tiles dadoing for toilets. Vitreous clay [White] Urinals, water closets and wash basin [white] inside toilets. Jaquar or equivalent plumbing fittings.
Internal Finishing
:
The walls and ceiling will be plastered suitably and painted with cement paint. Doors and Windows: enamel paint.
External Finishing
:
Long life textured matt painting and glass paneling as per architectural elevation.
Water Supply & Fire Fighting
:
Sump or other provision to receive Metro water supply. Bore well/Open well for tapping ground water. Pumps and overhead tanks of adequate capacity. Separate sump for Fire Fighting; pressure
pump and wet riser fire fighting system.
Electricity
:
3 Phase LT [Low Tension] power supply with independent meter for each floor through a
transformer yard terminated at a main panel board and distributed to DBs in every floor. Internal wiring and switches will not be provided by the promoter. Common area yard, and garden lighting will be provided.
Service Ducts, Elevators
:
Service ducts would provide convenient access for cabling, piping and other infrastructural services. Automatic 10 passenger Elevators with stainless steel car, V3F down collective with infrared sensors 2 Nos. in Block “A” and 3 Nos. in Block “B” plus one service lift in Block “B”.
Stand by Generator
:
Standby Generator to provide backup power for elevators, common area lighting and pumpsets.
Internet
:
Broadband Internet Connectivity will be provided. Usage charges to be borne by occupants.
External Areas
:
Common areas outside the building will be paved and suitably landscaped and properly lighted. Adequate provision for rainwater harvesting.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS
50% Advance at the time of booking
25% upon completion of Shell frame
20% upon completion of structure & Plastering
5% before handing over.

A Block: Paving block work under progress. Plumbing work has been completed except fittings. Electrical work has been completed except fittings. Falls ceiling work is under progress. Stair case wall putty is under progress.
B Block: All floors screed concrete work has been completed. Basement & car parking flooring has been completed. External filling & leveling work for paving block is under progress. External fire fighting work has been completed. Pump room work is under progress. Structural glazing work is under progress. SS & MS hand rail work is under progress. Falls ceiling work is under progress. Stair case wall putty is under progress. Granite laying work & lift granite cladding work is under progress.
